General Volunteers
The Willows Park Preserve regularly needs volunteers to provide a helping hand, whether it be at an event or behind the scenes. Some things that are regularly in need of volunteers for include…
- Event staff: helping with check-in, set up and clean up, parking direction, ticketing, and more.
- Grounds clean up and landscaping
- Housekeeping
- Outreach
- Program leaders
- Tour Guides
If you are interested in lending a hand, make sure you’re on our volunteer email list! We send out periodic calls for volunteers on an as-needed basis. Join a Committee!
Looking for a way to put your skills to good use and give back meaningfully to the community? Consider joining one of our committees. Committee members meet periodically throughout the year (via Zoom) to provide valuable insight and time assisting with all aspects of Willows Mansion operations. Share your Talent!
Are you an ornithologist? An avid fisherman? A painter, bingo caller, yogi, or author? Do you have another skill you would like to share with your community? We need your help! As our programming adapts to social distancing measures, we need leaders and educators to volunteer their time to leading activities at the Willows.
All ages and skill levels encouraged to reach out to us at info@willowsparkpreserve.org to discuss ways in which you can serve your community.
Docents
Greet visitors and share the story of the Willows Park Preserve with neighbors (from a safe distance!). No prior experience necessary, training will be provided. Just an enthusiastic attitude and some free time is all that is necessary to volunteer!

Housekeeping
Help us keep the Willows Mansion clean! As a volunteer, you will be do basic cleaning tasks to ensure the space is tidy, safe, and inviting to all guests.
