Y6 Hot
With Y6 Main Line
This class is one of our more popular styles as it works through all of the muscle groups from start to finish, excellent for the entire mind and body. The practice takes a focus on strength and stability while increasing flexibility. In the 30 minutes we will offer early centering and warm-up postures and movements which are essential to preparing the body. The class will work through a dynamic warrior sequence and several balancing poses, before ending with stretching for complete release and replenishment. At Y6 we share a big focus on connecting breath to movement, allowing for a calm focus and ease throughout the flow of poses. Our style is Vinyasa-based, which provides smooth and fluid transitions between poses, and using breath throughout movement is quite powerful. We want all of our classes to be accessible to new yogis and experienced yogis alike so variations and modifications are always offered throughout the practice. We would love to share the Y6 experience with attendees.

Know Thyself
“Know Thyself” This 30-minute presentation led by Eric Stetson will take you on a short but rich journey into one of the oldest human behavior psychological models known to mankind, the “Enneagram.” When we better understand our root or dominant operating behavior pattern and the same of others, we are better able to lead ourselves, interact with others, and optimize team performance. Marcus Aurelius once said, “You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.” Part of having power over our minds first includes understanding our strongest established behavior patterns. Enjoy this review of the Enneagram and learn how you can apply this knowledge for yourself and others.

Physical and Emotional Healing to Raise Your Energy
With Christie Judge
All disease has a root cause that starts in our emotional or energetic body layer. When these emotions or beliefs are not addressed or released, they set in our physical body, causing dis-ease or disease. Access Bars and Pranic Healing are healing tools that can assist in returning one to balance. Access Bars are 32 points on the head that release electro magnetic components of your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and emotions. The Bars are ‘run’ to remove the root cause and point of creation. Pranic Healing is an ancient science and art of healing that utilizes prana, ki or life energy, to help the whole physical body. It involves the manipulation of ki and bioplasmic matter of the person’s body to remove the blockages and stagnant energy, allowing free flowing movement again.
