Tell us Why you Love the Willows!

Use this link to print out a copy of the Willows Mansion. Color it in and write down, Why you Love the Willows!

Bring it with you to our Valentine’s event on February 12th.

If you can’t make the event, you can always take a picture and email it to us at: info@willowsparkpreserve.org

We will have plenty of copies on February 12th, so if you don’t have time to print out a copy, you can work on this at the Willows Mansion.

Welcome back to the Willows

Become a Friend of the Willows Park Preserve and grow with us.

As we enter the Holiday season and approach the end of another calendar year the Willows Park Preserve has many reasons to be thankful. We would like to start with all of our supporters! We have made so many friends over the past few years and they continue to attend our programs and events, spread the word about our organization, and contribute financially toward all of our efforts. We have made serious progress toward meeting our goals in a short amount of time and that has much to do with a great community that supports us and encourages us to keep moving forward. Thank you!

Despite our tremendous progress, there is still much to be done and for that, we need to turn to our supporters for additional financial support. We ask you today to consider an end-of-year donation to the Willows Park Preserve. Funds raised over the next several weeks will support our operations, provide us with more capital for the restoration of the Willows Mansion and enable us to offer more free or low-cost educational and recreational programs for our community.

In addition to completing some major capital projects this year, including the installation of a fire safety system throughout the Mansion and two bathroom renovations, the WPP has been busy hosting the community! Between January and November, 2022, the WPP opened the Mansion’s doors for: 10 weddings, 17 educational programs, 5 music concerts, 17 days of business/school/nonprofit meetings, 3 memorial receptions, 2 children’s birthday parties, 1 Eco camp, 1 Health and Wellness Festival and 1 WPP Fall Fundraiser. We aren’t finished yet: we have a full slate of programs and events scheduled for the month of December, including a Holiday Open House on December 10th!

Our goal is to keep the Mansion doors open to the community for generations to come, but Radnor’s majestic, historic “home” requires a good deal of day-to-day operation and maintenance in addition to the ongoing restoration. For the Willows Park Preserve it is a labor of love, but it cannot be done without your support!

We know that we can count on you and we hope that you know how much we and the entire community appreciate your support.
